Islamic Studies

We strive to ensure our students have authentic Islamic knowledge. Students learn about the pillars of Iman and Islam, how to practice Islam, and proper Muslim characteristics. Starting in middle school, students study Fiqh, Aqueedah, Hadith, Tafseer, and Seerah at deeper levels to enhance their understanding and practice of their Deen.

Secondary students attend Daw’ah visits at the masjid to get experience in sharing their way of life with non-Muslims. Developing a strong Muslim identity is crucial; research shows that religious identity begins in the ages from middle school through high school. We plan for our students to graduate from Annoor as confident, proud, and knowledgeable Muslims in sha Allah.
